Department of Finance, School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE) has virtually conducted its FinWiz 2021 competition. An exciting game-based learning platform Kahoot apps was used for the virtual competition. All the students of FIN201 (Autumn 2021) enthusiastically participated in the first round from individual section and then top three participants from all sections competed in the second & the final round on 14th October, Thursday 2021. We had the opportunity of having Professor Dr. Meherun Ahmed, Dean, SBE, IUB to inaugurate the final round of the competition with her encouraging speech. She urged all participants to enlarge their expertise in diverse areas rather than only specific subject. Afterwards, Dr. Samiul Parvez Ahmed, Head, Department of Finance shared some valuable advice to students. Anwar Zahid, Lecturer, Department of Finance moderated the final round and supervised the entire competition. All the faculty members of FIN201 had attended in the final round of FinWiz 2021. Students who secured top three positions are: Fuad Hassan (First), Farzana Afrose (Second) and Zeba Fariha (Third).
