I am a lecturer B in Department of Management, School of Business, Independent University, Bangladesh. I have completed my MBA in Strategic and International Management from University of Dhaka and my BBA in Management from University of Dhaka. My research interest includes strategic management, international management, comparative management on the basis of cultural differences across countries and leadership practices of different industries.
