Mr. Abdullah Al Ahad is a Lecturer of Human Resource Management, School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Independent University, Bangladesh. Mr. Ahad completed his MBA and BA in HRM from University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. Prior to joining IUB, Mr. Ahad served in various academic roles in both UK and Bangladesh. His research interests include employee engagement, automation in HR practices, organizational citizenship behavior, employee retention strategies, and knowledge & talent management. Apart from teaching, Mr. Ahad is actively engaged in the field of research and organizational activities.
