Ms. Effat Binte Kabir holds the position of Lecturer B in the department of Human Resource Management, School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Independent University, Bangladesh. She completed her MBA in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh University of Professionals. She received B.B.A degree in Management Studies from the same institution. Her passion for the field began during her undergraduate studies at Bangladesh University of Professionals, where she excelled academically and consistently ranked at the top of her class. Her commitment to excellence continued as she pursued her postgraduate studies in HRM at the same esteemed institution. Her research interests encompass organizational psychology, entrepreneurship, technology and information systems, and human resource management.
