I pursued a BBA degree majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management from North South University. After a brief period of corporate experience in Bangladesh, I completed “MSc. International Strategic Marketing” from Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow in the UK.
Prior to joining Independent University, Bangladesh, I served as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Marketing and International Business at North South University. I occasionally write articles reflecting on concurrent business and marketing practices which were published in newspapers like “The Financial Express” and “The New Nation”.
Some of the marketing courses I teach include “Principles of Marketing”, “Advanced Marketing Management”, “Advertising”, and “Brand Management”. My areas of research interest encompass “Branding Services”, “Marketing in Platform Economy”, “Startups and Entrepreneurship” and “Effects of Technology and Innovation on Services and Consumer Behavior”.
