Independent HR Society (IHRS) organized an orientation program to welcome the new members of IHRS on 20 July, 2016 at School of Business, IUB. The presence of the new members in the orientation was overwhelming. Respected faculties of HRM were present and they spoke about the importance of club activities, the role of members, upcoming events, club coordinator ship and many other HR issues. The program was concluded with the question and answer session.
