With an overwhelming participation of students, ‘The Business Plan Competition’ summer -2016 was held at School of Business, IUB on July 30, 2016. This time a total of 50 teams and 450 students participated in this competition under the theme of ‘Eco-Friendly’ products or services for our society. The team ‘Business Maestros’ selected as an outstanding team, ‘Architecture of Change’ and ‘The Eco Minions’ selected as the 1st Runner-Up and the 2nd Runner-Up respectively in this competition. Mr. Samiul Alam from ‘Business Maestros’ got the ‘Best Presenter’ award for his persuasive presentation.

The presentation award ceremony was graced by the Dean, School of Business, Professor Dr. Sarwar Uddin Ahmed who shared the insights of the business plan competition and inspired the students to participate in upcoming competition in and outside of IUB. Mr. Ahmed also congratulated the winning teams and handed over crests, certificates, and gift hampers to the winning teams. Ms. Sariat Rafa Khan (coordinator of this course) Mr. Shafiqul Alam, Ms. Bushra Sanjana, Ms. Siffat Shabnam, Ms. Zaima Ahmed, Mr. Chinmoy Das Gupta, Ms. Alima Akter, Mr. Zubayer Zakir Khan and Ms. Asma Banu were the faculties present in prize giving ceremony.
