On 20th July, 2016 Independent HR Society (IHRS) organized a seminar on “Career Planning” at School of Business, IUB. Md. Shiblee Mosharraf, HR Manager in DHL Express was the key speaker in the seminar. Throughout the seminar Mr. Shiblee shared his great experience working in corporate firms. He also guided the students on career planning, future career in HR, career gap and the perspectives of HR in Bangladesh and around. Most importantly, he spoke about the importance of personality development and communication for the graduate to become future HR manager. It was followed by a question-answer session participated by faculty members and a good number of students. The seminar was concluded by handing over some token of appreciation.
