Independent HR Society (IHRS) organized a workshop on “Career Building: The Story of Burger” at School of Business, IUB on 27th September, 2017. Mr. Taslim Ahmed, CEO, Unitrend Ltd. was the key speaker in the seminar. Throughout the session Mr. Ahmed shared his great experiences working in corporate organizations. He also advised and guided the students on career planning, future career in HR, career gap and the importance of CGPA. Most importantly, he spoke about the importance of personality development, communication, network building, suitable entrepreneurial approach and alternative career options. The session was followed by a question-answer session participated by faculty members and a good number of students.
Professor Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, Dean, School of Business inaugurated the session and delivered introductory remark. It was concluded with a token of appreciation by Dr. A. N. M. Shibly Noman Khan, Associate Professor and Head, department of HRM. Faculty members from various departments, club coordinators both students and faculty member of IHRS attended the session.
