School of Business, IUB successfully organized a talent hunt Program “Road to Bkash” at School of Business, IUB on October 11, 2018. The aim of this program is to connect IUB students and fresh graduates with bKash talent hunt program. This program focused on preparing future leaders and adopting latest developments by involving them in different research and knowledge generated projects in Bangladesh. Ms. Arifa Sultana – Manager, Human Resources; Munira Tabassum – Assistant Manager, Human Resources; Ariba Ayesha Sattar – Senior Officer, Human Resources; Ishtiaque Ahmed Sami – Assistant Manager, Human Resources; bKash Ltd. were present and discussed various aspects of this program.

Prof. Mohammad Aminul Karim, Dean of School of Business, IUB spoke on this occasion. Prof. Karim has addressed the current scenario of job market in Bangladesh and he also advised students to “think laterally”, “think comprehensively for understanding the subject in depth. The entire program was coordinated by Mr. Arifur Rahman Khan, Lecturer, Department of Management Information System (MIS), and organized by Independent HR Society (IHRS).
