School of Business, IUB, recently organized two lectures on “Business Research Methods” on November 15th and 22nd, 2018 at the Faculty Lounge of the School of Business. Dr. Raisul Awal Mahmood, Professor, Department of International Business was the speaker.

The session comprised two separate lecturers on the same topic – Business Research Methods. It covered major topics involved in designing and executing a business research such as concepts, motives, types, process, etc. It drew heavily from the speaker’s long experience in applied research. The faculty members attending the lectures felt that the issue was topical, especially for those contemplating undertaking graduate studies in the near future. They, moreover, suggested topics like regression techniques, modeling, and forecasting for future lectures. The program was inaugurated by Professor Aminur Rahman, Dean in Charge, School of Business, IUB.
