Department of MIS, School of Business, in association with IUB E-Business Club arranged a seminar on higher studies opportunities at Emporia State University, USA on 25th June, 2019. Dr. Ed Bashaw, Dean, School of Business, ESU talked about the history of ESU. Dr Mark Daly, Dean, Office of International Education, ESU discussed the admission requirements and opportunity, being offered by ESU, for the international students. He also emphasized on how international students can avail various scholarships and assistantships in the master’s program. Then Dr. Mohammed Sajedur Rahman who is working as Assistant Professor, Information Systems, ESU informed that under the STEM program students have the prospect to get work permission for 3 years in USA after their master’s program. At the end of the session, the floor was opened for the students’ questions and answers. Prof. Aminul Karim, Dean, School of Business, IUB gave the vote of thanks as well as handed over the crest to the guests as a token of appreciation.
