On 11th April 2021, Independent HR Society hosted an online CorpoTalk in collaboration with bKash Limited.
The webinar was focused on the topic “Manner, Etiquettes and Corporate Grooming”. The keynote speaker was Mr. Rituraj Baidya, currently working as the Manager, Organizational Development, at bKash Limited. And the session was moderated by Mr. Abu Usuf Md. Rashedul Amin, DGM, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition at bKash Limited. IHRS Alumni Mr. Toriqul Islam Topu who is currently working as the Territory Manager at bKash Limited, was also present in the Webinar.
Mr. Rituraj shared informative ideas on how important it is to have a good etiquette not only in professional career but also as presenting thyself with impressive personality attributes. He shared how to overcome the challenges in this difficult situation and adapt with online work life and provided insights on the factors to consider in formal communication and collaborations.
The Webinar was graced by the presence of Head of the HR Department, Dr. A.N.M Shibly Noman Khan along with Assistant Professor Ikramul Hasan and faculty advisor of IHRS, Mr. Abdullah Al Ahad. All our respected faculty members shared insightful guidance on the importance of corporate etiquettes along with academic knowledge.
