Independent HR Society (IHRS) organized a day-long training workshop titled “Total Reward Management” on Friday, December 2, 2016 with the collaboration of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM). Over 90 trainees comprising HR leaders, Compensation & Benefit professionals, HR compliance expert and General Managers from leading companies in Bangladesh participated in the workshop. The key speaker of the session was Mr. Noor Mohammad, HR Director, GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Ltd. He spoke on the latest HR outlook of total reward strategy. Mr. Noor divided the participants in groups, organized panel discussion and shared findings of the latest salary survey conducted on various companies. The occasion was graced by Md. Musharrof Hossain, President, BSHRM & Head of HRM, icddr,b, Dr Shibley Noman Khan, Assiociate Profssor and Mr. Shafiqul Alam, Lecturer, School of Business, IUB.
