Professor Dr. Mohd. Aminul Karim presented a paper titled, “Political Culture and Institutions-building Impacting Civil -Military -Relations (CMR) in Bangladesh?” at the international conference of the International Political Science Association (IPSA) Research Committee (RC-44) on “Democratization and the Military” at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand during 4-5 July 2017. He also chaired one of the panels.
