Mr. Suman Saha, Lecturer, Marketing, School of Business, IUB presented a research paper titled “Impact of Online Service Quality Dimensions on Customer Satisfaction: Evidence from Internet Banking Services of Bangladesh” on 16-17th February, 2018. It was the Eighteenth Asia-Pacific Conference on Global Business, Business, Economics, Finance & Social Sciences (AP18Thailand Conference) held in Bangkok, Thailand. Mr. Iftekhar Mahfuz, Lecturer, department of Management, was the co-author and Mr. Saha was awarded as the best paper presenter at this conference.
