Independent HR Society (IHRS), IUB arranged a guest lecture for BBA students on “Pay structure and Pay for Performance” on 14th March, 2018. Mr. Gias Uddin Ahmed, General Manager, BKash Limited was the key speaker in the session. Mr. Ahmed discussed various aspects of compensation management including pay benchmark, pay for performance, pay line, pay overlap and pay structure of different organizations particularly in BKash.

Professor Aminul Karim, Dean, School of Business, thanked Mr. Gias Uddin Ahmed and Ms. Arifa Sultana (Manager, Human Resources) for sharing their thoughts, practical experiences and knowledge with the students and hopes to further the academic collaboration in future. The session was concluded with a token of appreciation to Mr. Ahmed by honorable Dean along with Dr. A. N. M. Shibly Noman Khan, Associate Professor and Mr. Shafiqul Alam, course tutor, School of Business, IUB.
