Department of Finance, School of Business (SB), IUB organized a seminar on “Tips for Publication in High-Impact Journals” on 22^nd July, 2018. The seminar was conducted by Dr. Mansur Masih, Professor of Finance and Econometrics at INCEIF, the Global University of Islamic Finance, Malaysia. He has 27 years of experience in teaching Finance, Economics and Applied Econometrics at universities of UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. Dr. Masih published 141 refereed journal articles in world renowned journals, some of which are ranked within the top ten finance journals of the world. He is ranked 1^st in Malaysia and 15^th in South East Asia according to REPEC, with over 5,551 citations.Dr. Masih shared his tips for the upcoming researchers to identify research problems and successfully publish in top ranked journals worldwide. Dr. Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, Professor of the Department of Finance moderated the session. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Samiul Parvez Ahmed, Head, Department of Finance.
