IUB E Business Club arranged a seminar on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry in Bangladesh on 13^th March, 2019. Prof. Dr. Mohm. Aminul Karim was present in the session as Chief Guest and inaugurated the session by welcoming participants and guests along with his valuable words.  Mr. Minarul Islam, Head of HR, GENEX INFOSIS LIMITED was invited as resource person to talk about CV writing, attire management, selection criterion of an ideal job candidate. He prioritized that students in the 21^st the century need to be polished in terms of knowledge and technical skills. Another resource person, Mr. Md. Mostofa Zaman, who is currently working as the Head of L&D and PR, GENEX INFOSIS LIMITED emphasized on creating value to the organizations by soft skills. He shared both of his academic and professional experience with the students so that they can find the gap between academic knowledge and corporate world; more importantly how they can be expertized over the time horizon. After that, Dr. Rezwanul Alam, Head of the Dept. of Management Information Systems, SB gave vote of thanks to the speakers and also made a proposal to visit their organizations with MIS students, IUB. The session was ended with handing over crests to the speakers. Faculties members of MIS department including Mr. Arifur Rahman Khan, Md. Golam Kibria and Md. Aminul Islam were also present on the session.
