Students and Faculty Members from the Department of Finance and the Department of Accounting participated at the DiveIn Festival with the theme- Unlocking Your Talent on the 25th of September at Hotel Le Meridien Dhaka. The core objectives of the event were to discuss the challenges in developing the Insurance Industry in Bangladesh and how to attract employable graduates to the Industry.

The DiveIn Festival was jointly organized by the Charted Insurance Institute, United Kingdom (CII-UK), Green Delta Insurance Ltd and Professional Advancement Bangladesh (PABL). Esteemed speakers shared their insights on how to nurture talent of the employees, build effective teams and retain talent through developing organizational loyalty. The speeches were followed by a lively panel discussion highlighting the importance of developing the insurance market in Bangladesh.
