Professor Aminur Rahman, Head, Department of Economics, School of Business presented a paper at the XVI Biennial Conference of the International Association of Commons (IASC)- 2017 held in Utrecht, Netherlands during July10-15, 2017. The conference was organized by the, University of Utrecht, IASC- Indiana University, Netherland Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Agriterra, Institute of Collective Actions and many other international Institutions. The conference was attended by 700 people and witnessed 470 academic presentations.
