In association with IUB E-Business Club, bKash arranged a seminar and recruitment session for “Territory Officer” on 26th May 2019. More than 400 students joined the program which was divided into two sessions. The first session was started with an introductory speech given by Prof. Dr. Mohd. Aminul Karim, Dean, School of Business, IUB. Major General Shiekh Md. Monirul Islam (retd), Chief External and Corporate Affairs Officer at bKash, was the keynote speaker of the seminar. He shared his experience on Innovation, Disruption, Transformation of Fintech industry in Bangladesh and put emphasis on how bKash is contributing to the economy. Then Sayeed Nasir, General Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition & Development talked about the recruitment process of Territory Officer. Faculties from different departments of IUB and DGM, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team in bKash were also present there. In the second session, a large number of graduates, final year students participated in a 30 minutes recruitment test. Dr. Rezwanul Alam, Head, MIS Department presented a crest as a token of appreciation to the keynote speaker. Head, MIS Department, and Mr. Aminul Islam, Lecturer, MIS directed the program to success.
